Our custom system is truly one of a kind solution that evolved over 20 years of production and was designed specifically for our needs. It’s hard to imagine the workflow without it.

From end users, inputting the data with minimal clicks; to producers, having access to live P/L; to accounting, being able to bill without ever re-entering any of the data, it is a completely streamlined and EASY to use solution that is not only cost effective, but also extremely fast.

Over the last year we have moved to a paperless workflow. Time cards, purchase orders, vacation requests and much more created, approved and tracked inside the custom database.

Our database is a single solution for a wide range of operational issues. We track jobs, employees, contacts, business development, purchasing and invoicing. With all of that in one database, it is a cross reference dream. At the push of a button I can answer questions that used to take my accountant hours to figure.  Anytime I think of a new feature or report, just one phone call to Phil and it is implemented.
